Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrompterAz mobile application (the "App") provided by PrompterAz ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms under applicable law.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms and platform rules.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where law permits.
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Interfere with App security, stability, or normal operation.
4. User Content
You are responsible for scripts and content you create/import in the App. You represent that you have all rights necessary to use such content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions and Billing (Pro)
- Pro features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly).
- Billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by us.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under platform rules.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple/Google account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google policies unless local law requires otherwise.
6. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free or paid features, where permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, software, design, trademarks, and related materials (excluding your User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts paid by you (if any) for the App in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and losses arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or where required for legal/security reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
